1. Online orders (stationery & treats)

- The items offered are payable in full at the time of ordering via the site.

- No deposit is required for these products.

- Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged after validation of the order.

2. Event decoration services

- Any reservation of a decoration service requires the signing of a quote and payment

- Personalized treats: delivery times vary depending on the season and the carrier

Delivery costs:

Returns:
